In future months, I hope that we are able to get to the task of podling report
normalization before submitting the draft to general@incubator. Here are the
main tasks:
* Wrap text at 76 characters.
* Normalize indentation. For all podling reports, questions are flush left,
answers indented two spaces.
* No more than one blank line anywhere.
* All URLs which would cause lines to exceed 76 characters should be
shortened using <http://s.apache.org>.
The board minutes are ultimately published as monospace UTF-8 plain text, and
our report should be targeted to look good for that target.
Since this is a cooperative effort, it's not realistic to get everything
perfectly consistent month after month -- and it's not necessary either, since
Board members will typically make small tweaks when reviewing. But we should
try to spare them from having to completely reformat everything.
I've updated report_runbook.py.
FWIW, I'm not seeing any wiki change emails to cvs@incubator today.
Dunno why.
