Looking at: http://people.apache.org/committers-by-project.html#incubator-pmc
It would seem that there would be a cn for incubator-pmc in LDAP. So I tried running modify_committee.pl on mino and got back: No LDAP groups found with cn=incubator-pmc! So either I'm doing that wrong or don't have the karma.
