I think there's a *bit* of a concern (nothing blocking, mind you!). The way I see it one of the major points of going through the incubation is to bootstrap your community. Not only community of developers, but users as well. In my experience there's no greater enemy to the community building endeavor than confusion. And given that the first thing I see on google for Hadoop Ivory is this: http://lintool.github.com/Ivory/ I'd say it is confusing. Just my 2c.
