James Joseph Masanz commented on PODLINGNAMESEARCH-24:
------------------------------------------------------

The cTAKES name was used at least since February 2009 on the original website.
cTAKES 1.0 (the first public release) was released in March 2009 using the name
cTAKES.

The cTAKES mark was not registered with the federal goverment.

While, the cTAKES mark was not spelled out specifically as a mark in the
Software Grant and CLA form submitted by Mayo Clinic,, it does (under schedule
B, dated 10/17/2012) state "cTAKES (as can be found at sourceforge.net)"
Is there anything more needed?
