Or... take the initiative. At the Board level, the shepherds are the default liaison between the Board and the PMC. But all Directors review all reports.
There is nothing which limits IPMC Members to review only the reports "assigned" to them as shepherds. Just start reviewing. Don't wait for Daddy to give you the go-ahead.
