Hi, The podling reports for April [1] are due in one week, so now is a good time to start thinking about them. See also the end of this message for the list of podlings expected to report in April.
The biggest source of questions raised when reviewing past reports is the level community activity and diversity of a podling. There's no one correct measure for such things, but one thing I've found useful is looking at who's been making commits and discussing on the dev@ list and the issue tracker over the past quarter. How many active people like that are there in your community? Are they all working for the same company or otherwise tied by the same interests from outside the project? Has the situation changed since your last report? Answering such questions will make it much easier for the IPMC and ultimately the ASF board to understand how active and diverse your community is.
