One of our podlings (Rave) is starting to prepare for graduation and have asked what the status page means when it says "If request from anywhere to become a stand-alone PMC, then assess the fit with the ASF, and create the lists and modules under the incubator address/module names if accepted."
I assume that this just refers to mailing lists, subversion etc. but if that is the case then it duplicates the items under infrastructure. thanks for any pointers.
