We're interested in the history of the initial revision in svn; subsequent commits will be covered by CLAs etc per our usual process.
In this case it sounds good. If this was a commercial entity contributing, and they signed a software grant then we'd be covered. Update the Incubator website to indicate you're signing off on the first Copyright item; then retire them.
