ComDev is a foundation wide support project whereas the OO.o education is 
project specific. 

I'd suggest we keep it part of this proposal for now. It's possible that during 
incubation we find that the right place is as a part of ComDev or we might find 
it's better to keep the OO.o specific stuff inside the OO.o community. 

Let's use the incubation time to ensure we structure things right for OO.o
