These days we record exactly what is in the first line of the ICLA:
Sidney Phillip Rhodes. Both in the iclas.txt and the name of the
document.

Actually, it is there. It's just under my first name "Sidney"
instead of my
middle name, which I usually go by. :-)
That is, assuming there isn't yet another Sidney Rhodes who just
happened to
send the ASF a CLA.
The CLA lists the name as "Sidney Philip Rhodes" - not sure why Philip
was omitted from the file that records the CLAs.
It's signed: "Philip Rhodes".
I'll fix the name in the listing.
