Making Chatterbot an Incubator project is indeed my goal. Based on that goal, I looked at the other projects under consideration, which typically have multiple committers, an existing community and a good-sized codebase, and wondered what the response would be to, "Hi, wanna be the mentor for my project that consists of me and my eleven-class app?" I'm pleased to find there is interest in the project.
