Especially to the new projects, a reminder that Clutch is a tool to assist us all with the incubation process. Please interpret this table from the point-of-view of encouragement and nurture.
http://incubator.apache.org/clutch.html It gathers details and hints from three main resources: A) the ReportingSchedule http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/ReportingSchedule B) the main "Currently in incubation" table http://incubator.apache.org/projects/ C) each project's "Status" page Each project provides expected locations of their primary incubation resources in their Status page "Project Info" table. Clutch uses those hints, and other standard locations of Incubator project resources. It monitors and portrays the establishment of each main resource, e.g. tracker, mail. This is intended to help people to know where next they can assist the podling to become established. It also enables the IMPC to see at-a-glance the status of our 38+ projects and be easily able to access each project. One other output is lists of project dev mail list addresses which enable a Marvin-like tool to send out the report reminders at the beginning of each month.
