In Jira I found XMLBeans/C++ project under Incubator category, but
XMLBeans project seems to be only Java bindings. Is the C++ variant
dead, or is it some effort that never got going?
The Jira project contained a single issue, which is actually just a
non-issue ("all the best"), and the ACL was not set up, so I deleted
the project.
Objections and I'll put it back.
