Yes, but there is a constraint on who can become Incubator PMC member, namely;
ASF Members.
And I also qualify on that point.
Right you are (with 240-some members, it can become confusing). Simply
email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with your request to become a PMC member, and Noel
will relay this to the board.
