Gang, This was written in the IP Clearance Template "If the source is referenced by checksum in the grant, commit the canonical tarball for the donated code into the incubator drop area together with a checksum and a detached signature."
I have changed that to; "If the source is referenced by checksum in the grant, commit the canonical tarball for the donated code into the incubator drop area (/repos/asf/public/incubator/donations) together with a checksum and a detached signature." And I have created the directory in question. If people have objections,then shout I will revert.
