AFAIK, Synapse has graduated on Jan 2, 2007 9:43 AM to a sub project of the WS TLP. Therefore the resolution doesn't involve the incubator anymore. I think the confusion comes from the tuscany graduation vote a couple of weeks ago held on [EMAIL PROTECTED]
