I'm fairly new here, but I can't find a list of the IPMC members online.
I found this http://incubator.apache.org/guides/releasemanagement.html "In the case of podlings, a 3 binding +1s are required by members of the Incubator PMC. To increase the chances of a prompt approval, mentors need to cast their votes on the general list." But I didn't see a link to a list of IPMC members. -- -Michael Dick
