Yes I do.

If we are releasing them publicly, then they are public. Doesn't
matter whether they go to the central repository or not. Trying to
have a half measure of "let's release something, but then hamstring
it" is pointless.

Same thing holds for suggestions that incubator dist/ releases should
not be mirrored.
