I did notice that other pages had changed, but I figured that it had happened as part of the site generation process.
I followed the procedure outlined: Updated my copy of the repository. Changed the single source file I was asked to update. Generated the site using build.bat. Ran build.bat fix to five up the SVN check-in problem. Checked that things looked correct. Checked in the changes.
