releases are not required. what some people have been asking for is that a podling demonstrates the ability and knowledge required to create an apache release.
So what to do, that there is more attention, when we try to get a first m1 release of our plugins out ?
by my count you should have the 3 binding +1's now (see IPMC list in committee-info.txt) so just post a [RESULT].
