Umm.... Out of curiosity..... Isn't the fact they are in the RELEASE incubator repository (and not the snapshot) mean you have technically already released them? I would have thought "releasing" them after the vote would just involve putting them there. Since they're already there, what WOULD releasing them after the vote entail? (I'm bringing this up as I'd interested in the answer as I'm involved in a couple other maven2 based projects that may run into similar issues.) Other than that procedural issue which I honestly don't know if it's an issue or not (that's a question for the Maven/PMC experts), it looks OK to me. Non-binding +1. One minor issue: The normal plugin docs for maven plugins has a "Plugin Documentation" thing in the "Project Reports" section that describes the Goals available. Yours don't have that.
