Hi folks, I have the following JIRA issue open: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-655 -- it has been open for a while. Who is tasked by setting up the required mailing list so that I can get Lucene.Net infrastructure completed for incubation? Am I missing anything to get this done?
