The project is obliged to make sure that its STATUS page is up to date when leaving the Incubator. Pubscribe, aka "Hermes", is still listed here, and should have updated its STATUS file and moved its link to the successful section.
In other words, congratulations. Now move it yourself. :-) Or ask Dims to
do it.
