Justin is saying that we do not want the history prior to the import into
the ASF. For example, although I personally like keeping all history,
consider that when we imported MyFaces, we have a problem where committer
IDs don't match, nor do we want people trying to mine contributions prior to
the grant that brings the code into the ASF.
