Thanks Noel. Growth in the community is one of the items the Logging Services PMC will encourage and look for in log4cxx.
It appears that there are sufficient positive votes and no negative ones, so I believe that we can consider it transfered to the Logging PMC. Please update the STATUS file and web site accordingly.
Updated the log4cxx.cwiki and projects/index.html files accordingly. However, due to my ignorance, I have not regenerated the incubator site.
