Query About FtpServer

Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I don't know if this is the correct mailing list
to ask this question.
 
We are currently evaluating the Apache Incubator FtpServer application
to use it as a FTP Server.
I'm wondering if the FtpServer has been released for broad-based
production use or is it still in incubation stage?
Is it advisable to  use the FtpServer as is, as a production application
or it is still undergoing some development/change?
 
Please let me know.
