Generating the site isn't too bad. I just e-mailed Berin to ask about setting up a staging area on minotaur for it. Enough Incubator PMC members are ASF Members that we could probably restrict access to the publishing script based on that karma until we have a new publishing server.
Sounds good. Note that preferably there should be a way to test the changes before going live.
