In the two cases of jUDDI and Depot you mentioned, I checked the STATUS file
and saw that they are waiting on Jira, so I went ahead and created them.
For future reference, such requests should normally come from the (P)PMC
responsible for the project.
Please let the people involved in those projects that they should register
with Jira, making sure to use the same e-mail address they use with the ASF
bugzilla database, if they are also there.
When Nicola Ken registers, if he would let us know, we can set his account
up as an administrator for Incubator projects, so that he is able to take
care of adding people to developer groups, etc. Any other Incubator PMC
member who wants to help out should let us know.
