It is true. Demonstrated this morning because James emailed me asking for teh api/ link. (Tis not in the links). I think we all agree on the fact that docs on site are good. Where Apache differs from, say, SourceForge, is when we push the generated docs into CVS. Thats xdocs and javadocs.
