I just tried to generate the petri yaml file locally and got the

It also failed with other retired projects (e.g. servicemix & ace) -
so it looks like a problem since the dependencies were updated and the
workflow/pr method of generating the yaml file seems to be screwed for
other reasons (see below).
Were the dependency upgrades tested locally with retire.rb (I'm
wondering if its something locally for me) before these were upgraded?
