Switch Attic to new Jekyll Generated Website #6

Hi Sebb,

Can you review/approve the PR for the new Website please?

Hervé has approved it. I know you're working on a feature for the py script
functionality - ut we don't need that for the site to go live.

It would be much better to be making changes to the new site in the Attic
repo rather than my private repo (we don't lose the history of changes) and
we can discuss features/changes in the usual way vi PRs and issues
