currently, svn is rw and Git is read only: but as you can guess, it's much
easier and natural to send PRs => we manually "merge PR" in svn :)
we should probably migrate our website source to Git as it is now much more
natural to everybody

usually, Attic team usually don't benefit from (now former) project team =>
that's why we have that "override" mechanism that we use by default
in your case, as we benefit from your help, it's better to have you copy the
update done in override to your original DOAP, and I'll remove the override
once you have the original DOAP file updated
