changing rendered html in svnpubsub space is reasonable as it's just HTML/js
independent from retired project's build technology: to me, trying to update
retired project source code goes beyond Attic mission, as it would force us to
try to understand retired projects build stack = not really feasible and not
desireable
to me, we need to only patch rendered HTML
the key PR we need now is the PR to give write access to these svnpubsub
spaces: location is

also, instead of naming Niall specifically for this PR, perhaps we should add
Niall to Attic PMC and open access to PMC?
