Hi [~chenxiang], thanks for creating this issue: I'll use it to track progress.
For now, I have to wait for secretary to move the project to retired status,
which should happen soon.
In the meanwhile, do you want to inform users on users (and eventually dev)
that you are retiring the project? You can look at examples from previous
projects, having someone from the project announcing the retirement can be more
personalized than me doing just an official statement
