[staging|https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/sentry] areas
* Closing down of labs@, tech@, commits@ and private@ [mailing
lists|http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/]
* Make JIRA|Bugzilla|Github issues read-only
* Make the wiki (Confluence|Moinmoin) read-only
* Delete unix/ldap group
