Hi Mads,The Apache POI team are taking over the XMLBeans library because it is
still used by POI libs and we'd like to do a release with some bug
fixes.https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-16278 has some of the details.

According to http://attic.apache.org/projects/xmlbeans.html xmlbeans has
been retired since July 2013 - I'm a bit surprised to see commits.
