1) Confirm Board Resolution
2) Delete from committee-info.txt
3) Remove VP entry on http://www.apache.org/foundation/
4) Inform users
5) Create page on Attic site: http://attic.apache.org/projects/abdera.html
6) Obtain source control karma and point source control mails to general at
attic
6.1) i. Update website with Attic notice: http://abdera.apache.org/
6.2) ii. Update the project DOAP file:
https://projects.apache.org/project.html?abdera
6.3) iii. Make source control read-only
7) Move committee's PMC data file to retired:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/comdev/projects.apache.org/data/committees.xml
8) Remove from http://www.apache.org/#projects-list navigation
9) Announce on announce at apache.org
