Korey, It looks like you're the culprit: author Korey Sewell <[email protected]> Wed Sep 16 09:45:30 2009 -0400 (20 months ago) changeset 6641 59f08019c39a parent 6144 e330f7bc22ef child 6769 630a3d0b7eb7 permissions -rw-r--r-- configs: add maxinsts option on command line -option to allow threads to run to a max_inst_any_thread which is more useful/quicker in a lot of cases then always having to figure out what tick to run your simulation to.
There was already a max-inst option and you aded maxinsts. I would say it's a bug and maxinsts should go away and the line that uses it in Simulation.py should be replaced with max-insts.
