Recently I am trying to implement source throttling for NoC traffic. I want to
throttle the packets (or flits) issued by L1Cache_Controllers (i.e., L1 miss
related traffic). I have tried to disable the wakeup() function of the NIs
connected to the L1Cache_Controllers in a certain probability. However, it
doesn't work. Could you please give me some tips on how to achieve throttling?
