Windows VISTA Home Premium v. 6.0 (Build 6002: Service Pack 2) 32-bit
Chrome 7.0.517.44
DELL Inspiron 1545

Opening Google Calendar : "The following plug-in has cashed : Google
Gears 0.5.33.0"
Right mouse-click "Reload"
fixed it FOR NOW. I think---Calendar is fine, anyway.

***HOW*** do I diagnose/repair this "crash" ?
***WHERE*** is the Gears file---using Start and My computer/Search =
NOTHING

Windows TASK MANAGER / Applications: Google Calendar-Google Chrome
Processes / Chrome.exe
Services / gusvc -- Google Software
Says "stopped" --- Right mouse-click "Start Service"
Runs for 5 minutes as Process # 7824 then STOPS.

***WHAT*** do I do to diagnose/repair "following plug-in has
crashed : Google Gears 0.5.33.0 "
NOTHING in Event Viewer or Process Explorer or Problems Reports &
Solutions to guide me.

These Forums are a social-psychology ploy by Google Inc. to avoid
fixing poorly proof-tested apps like Google Gears---I NEVER EVER EVER
have gotten a real-time solution in these forums, and I've been
posting here for TWO YEARS.

I NEED A REAL SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM --- it has occurred in G-Mail
too ; again, Right mouse-click "reload" fixes it, but I need to to be
able to DIAGNOSE & REPAIR Google Gears and make this problem go away
forever.
