- S57: fix nullptr deref on invalid file when S57 data resource files
are missing
- GDALG driver: implement GetFileList() so that --overwrite onto

- Fix linking std::atomic<uint64_t> on 32-bit architectures that lack
native 64-bit atomic operations
- gdal raster/vector pipeline to .gdalg.json: add 'gdal_version' member
- ogr2ogr --help: display metavar for --clipsrc and --clipdst
- gdal raster tile: do not generate mapml file in raster mode
- gdal raster tile: add --kml option
- KML: when reassembling multi-line text content, use newline character
instead of space (#12278)
