Hi, I guess that libtiff takes care of that BigTIFF Design - LibTIFF 4.5.0 documentation<https://libtiff.gitlab.io/libtiff/specification/bigtiff.html> and reads if the ID version is either 42 or 43. 43 is Bigger.
