Hello All,
I have been working on file conversion in Python for a while. I have had successful results for a long time using "ogr2ogr".
However, my code has been giving the following error for a while now. I also searched a lot on the web, but I couldn't figure out why.
I do my studies with Google Colab. Any idea about the error?
