Hi, There is a hint here (https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/GDAL20Changes) that CPL_STDCALL would be no longer used, but it's still around in many function signatures. Is this #define'd away somewhere, or does one still need to be aware of CPL_STDCALL?
