Each SQLite BLOB can be up to 1 GB itself, and the whole file several
hundreds of TB. See https://www.sqlite.org/limits.html
There have been experiments to store MVT in GeoPackage (not adopted yet
in GDAL). See https://www.geopackage.org/extensions.html
