Hi, Please explain what do you mean by "Concave Hull-based union geometry". Union is union as it is defined in the OpenGIS Simple Features Implementation Specification for SQL 1.1 standard. There is only one possible correct result from union. The source code is available if you are interested in how it is implemented. Also this blog post is good reading. Unfortunately the images do not show directly on browser, probably because the links use http instead of https.
