Hi, On behalf of the GDAL/OGR development team, I am pleased to announce the release of the GDAL/OGR 3.1.4 bug fix version, presumably the last one in the 3.1 series.
This version is compatible of PROJ >= 6.0, but should ideally be recompiled against PROJ 7.2 once it is released in a few days to be able to benefit from a new function.
