I have a raster gpkg with only two tiles (size 1000x1000 meter), one tile is locate in Singapore, and the second tile is in Boston.
so the problem happen, when try to use CreateCopy (C++ gdal 2.4.0) to append the above gpkg to another one. the CreateCopy try to create all tiles between Singapore and Boston, and it takes forever.
