Valued MrSID SDK Integrator,

I have some exciting news to share. As a valued MrSID SDK integrator, we would like to inform you of a change at Celartem. Today, LizardTech is uniting with a Celartem affiliate company— Extensis. GeoExpress, Express Server, LizardTech SDK’s and GeoViewer are now part of the Extensis suite of solutions.

All business communications and interactions now will be as Extensis as the company name (Celartem, Inc. dba Extensis).  To confirm, our SDK License Agreements remain valid. Current and future SDK’s will be available for download at https://www.extensis.com/support/developers with SDK License Agreement acknowledgement.

*Why the Union? *

Over the past few years, we’ve seen increasing alignment between LizardTech and Extensis solutions and the needs of our respective customers. Both companies share a mission to help organizations increase the ROI and value of their digital assets and images. Organizations today are investing in large-scale imagery of all kinds, including photographic, aerial, and spatial, to name a few. Fully leveraging these digital files means having an easy and effective way to organize, compress, store, find, and distribute them.

With Extensis’ market leadership in digital asset and font management solutions combined with LizardTech’s state-of-the-art image compression technology, the united company is uniquely situated to provide comprehensive solutions to digital asset challenges that no other company can match. This union strengthens our ability to support our customers’ success and give them easier access to additional solutions for maximizing the value of digital assets of all kinds.

Please contact me at jyo...@extensis.com <mailto:jyo...@extensis.com> if you have any questions regarding this exciting unity under One Company Brand …… Extensis.

Regards,
