I'll call for a vote promoting them to final in the middle of next
week if no
serious problems are reported before.
Seems to work well on Windows (my tests are pointing to a poppler lib).

More feedback: without poppler, the driver status is displayed as "PDF -
raster,vector- (w+): Geospatial PDF"
Actually I was expecting to not see "(w+)" but "(ro)" instead, according
to the NEWS for this release.
